Before starting the project, we do calculations of plant feasibility. While considering customer’s requirements we work on land selection and design the plant layout. Selection of appropriate equipment’s and obtaining necessary permits are necessary. After testing and commissioning the plant, ensure that it operates efficiently and meets performance specification.

Operation and Maintenance
Once the plant is operational, it requires ongoing monitoring, maintenance and management to ensure optimal performance and safety. This includes regular inspection, equipment maintenance, feedstock management and gas production monitoring.
Revamping of existing defunct plants
Plenty of Biogas plants are disfunct due to many reasons, we put our 100 % expertise in again restarting such units, every plant needs basic minimum criteria like HRT, pretreatment, multiple design factors involved which many suppliers overlooks & resulting in such disfunct plants. We got 100% proven track record for revamping & restart such units.

DPR and Subsidy
We think for the betterment of our customers, so we gave them assurance for CFA (subsidy), get required sanctions like EOI, for SATAT scheme and its approval for project, also for another scheme like GOBARDHAN, BPGP. We any available get government subsidies approved for clients.
